PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deodorizing detergent having a excellent cleaning and deodorizing performance for a food smell by making the detergent include a specific amount of a specified compound. SOLUTION: This deodorizing detergent comprises (a) 1-20 wt.% of a secondary or tertiary amine which contains one or two 7-18C alkyl groups or alkenyl groups and one carboxyl group in the molecule, (b) a tertiary amine oxide containing a 7-18C alkyl group or alkenyl group, (c) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate salt containing a 7-18C alkyl group or alkenyl group and having 1-10 average number of addition mols of ethylene oxide and water. The total of the components (b) and (c) is 10-50 wt.% and the weight ratio of the component (c)/(b) is 40/60 to 99/10.
