PURPOSE: A system for measuring static electricity is provided to remarkably reduce the damages due to the static electricity by monitoring the degree of the static electricity occurrence all the time. CONSTITUTION: A film(2) is formed to detect a static electricity discharge degree between an electrified body(1) and a transparent electrode plate(3) attached on a glass plate(4). A scanner(5) is formed below the film(2). The static electricity discharge phenomenon detected on the film(2) is drawn out as digital data. The drawn-out digital data is calculated in an image processing system to display the magnitude of the static electricity on a monitor(8). The magnitude of the discharge image is calculated and compared with a reference value for determining a static electricity occurrence value.
