PURPOSE: A system and method for operating a wireless multimedia information terminal utilized on a web, are provided to access a buffer for receiving data and a moving pictures experts group(MEPG) chip for processing wireless data terminal and moving picture, to a Thin Film transistor-liquid crystal display(TFT-LCD), to supply clients' computers in real-time by establishing life information and moving picture advertisement contents on a computer server on the Internet in a database, while transmitting the information and the contents via a wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A system and method for operating a wireless multimedia information terminal utilized on a web, are followed below. Life information in real time and moving picture advertisement contents are made as a database, and the database is applied into time data. An established multimedia data is scheduled automatically, in order to serve the multimedia data in real time. A real time information encoding is for transmitting the multimedia data in real time. The contents and the life information are displayed simultaneously. The life information is selected by preferences of service users.
