发明名称 COLD ROLLING METHOD OF STEEL BAND
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rolling lubrication property of steel band upper and bottom faces while reducing a difference thereof by providing roughness with at least either of the upper or bottom face of the steel band in at least one pass during the rolling midst of plural passes. SOLUTION: A steel band 1 is rolled with rollers S1, S2 and then ground by rotary grinders 4 so as to provide a given roughness with a surface of the steel band. The band is successively rolled to a given thickness through rollers S3, S4. At the rollers S1-S4, a rolling oil is sprayed from nozzles 6 arranged at an inlet side of each stand. Since roughness of the steel band 1 can be adjusted in the midst of rolling, an oil film thickness at a rolling time after grinding can be rationalized. Roughness to be provided is not specialized but normally it may be 0.2-1.0μm. As a rotary type grinder 4, a rotary stone composed of grinding grains being adhered to a resin, or a brushing roll to which a resin wire having grinding grains are arranged and the like at the roll periphery in a high density is used. An adjustment of the roughness is performed by changing a grain degree of the grinding grain or a pressing force of the rotary grinder 4 to the steel band 1.
