PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively put into play both of an active vibration effect provided by exciting and displacing a vibration exciting member constituting a part of the wall part of a pressure receiving room, and a passive vibration isolating effect provided by the flow of fluids passed through an orifice passage communicating the pressure receiving room with a balancing room. SOLUTION: A plate member 56 displaced by a driving means 80 for exciting and displacing a vibration exciting member 50 is provided, and by displacing the plate member 56, a closing area 118 for regulating the displacement of the vibration exciting member 50 is provided between the vibration exciting member 50 and the plate member 56 when necessary. Thus, in the state of the non-formation of the closing area 118, an active vibration control effect is applied based on the exciting displacement of the vibration exciting member 50. On the other hand, by forming the closing area 118 to prevent the relief of the inner pressure change of a pressure receiving room 60, the flowing amount of fluids through an orifice passage 46 is advantageously secured, and a passive vibration isolating effect is applied based on the flow of the fluids. |
