PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable connecting electrically without requiring a wiring substrate or a complicated soldering work and to facilitate the exchange of lamps or the like by exposing the both ends of a connection pin so as to make connection possible and holding its center part in an insulated base body in a device where the pin is electrically connected to the wiring substrate by means of soldering. SOLUTION: When the device is used for a prize winning tool with an illumination lamp, which is provided with a prize winning tool attaching substrate 7 to be abutted on the game board surface of a pachinko machine and with a prize winning port 8 where a shot ball wins a prize, the lamp 1 is fitted in a lamp holder 2, stored inside a lamp cover and connected to lead lines 5 and 5 at the side of a power source with the connection pins 4 and 4. In this case, the side of the pin 4 exposed at the inner side of the lamp cover 3 is connected to the connection hole 2A of the lamp holder 2 so as to be pulled freely attachably/detachably and the side of the pin 4 exposed at the outer side of the cover 3 is connected to the connection hole 6A of a connector 6 so as to be pulled freely attachably/detachably. Then the respective pins 4 are fixed to the lamp cover 3 so as not to be extracted at the projecting parts 4A in the middle point.
