PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new oxazolidinone derivative useful for the therapy of bacterial infectious diseases or the like. SOLUTION: This new compound is expressed by formula I [wherein, R1 is a <=6C (substituted) alkyl, a 2-6C alkenyl, a 2-6C alkynyl, a 6-10C aryl or the like; and A is expressed by formula II (G1, L1 and M1 are each H, carboxyl, a halogen or the like; R7 is H, a 3-6C cycloalkylcarbonyl or cycloalkyl or the like; D1 is O or S; E1 is O, S or NH], e.g. (5R)-N-(imidazo[2,1-c]-1,4- benzoxazin-6-yl)-5-(1-hydroxy-2-propenyl)-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one. The compound of formula I is obtained e.g. by reacting a compound of the formula A-NH2 with a compound of formula III in an inert solvent in the presence of an auxiliary to form a compound of formula IV and then cyclizing the compound of formula IV in an inert solvent by means of carbonyldiimidazole. |
