PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a high-viscosity substance from an opening part of an orifice from spreading out along an external surface around the opening part, in the case of a discharge means having an opening part of an orifice, being charged with a high-viscosity substance, and discharging the high-viscosity substance from the opening part. SOLUTION: This discharge means is used in a high-viscosity substance forming method by discharging a high-viscosity substance 10 of 1,000 cps to 1,000,000 cps from an opening part 13 in order to deposit it on a medium and forming the high-viscosity substance on the medium, and has one or more opening parts 13 made up of a circular or polygonal orifice of the order of 50μm to 1 mm, is charged with the high-viscosity substance, and discharges the high-viscosity substance 10 from the openings. The opening parts 13 each forming an orifice are made by boring a bottom part 12D of a container 12 to be charged with the high-viscosity substance, and an external surface, at least around the opening part 13, of the bottom part 12D of the container 12 is adapted to be water-repellent or oil-repellent, thereby repelling the high-viscosity substance, in order to prevent the high-viscosity substance from the opening part 13 from spreading out along the external surface around the opening part 13.
