PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption type refrigerating device and refrigerating system, which permit the realization of a high coefficient of performance(COP) utilizing the waste heat of a very low temperature effectively. SOLUTION: A refrigerating device is provided with a first single effect cycle A, driven by waste heat of the lowest temperature, a second single effect cycle B, absorbing steam, whose pressure is increased in the first single effect cycle A, and driven by the waste heat of the temperature of an intermediate degree, and a double effect cycle C, absorbing the steam, whose pressure is increased in the first single effect cycle A and driven by the waste heat of the highest temperature. According to this method, the second single effect cycle B and the double effect cycle C are operated by absorbing the steam, whose pressure is increased in the first single effect cycle A, whereby the width of density of absorption solution is expanded by an amount, corresponding to the increased amount of the pressure of the absorbed steam in the first single effect cycle A and the second single effect cycle B, thereby improving the coefficient of performance(COP) and, as a result, promoting more effective utilization of the low-temperature waste heat.
