PURPOSE: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition is provided to reduce the generation of exfoliated pieces derived from the composition in a developer after development. CONSTITUTION: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent, a binder resin, a polymerizable compound, a polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The coloring agent includes a dye. The binder resin includes a resin with 20-200mg KOH/g of the acid value and 3000-15,000 of the weight average molecular weight and a resin with 20-200mg KOH/g of the acid value and 15,000-100,000 of the weight average molecular weight. The polymerization initiator includes an oxime compound. |
