摘要 1. A cosmetic composition, characterized in that comprises, in cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one fixing polymer , at least one liquid non-volatile aryl-containing silicone in amount of at least 10% by weight and, at least, one volatile silicone. 2. The composition of claim 1, characterized in that concentration of one or a plurality of fixing polymers is between 0,1-20 %, preferably in concentration 1-10 % based on the total weight of the composition. 3. The composition of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that concentration one or a plurality of volatile silicones is 5-40 % based on the total weight of the composition. 4. The composition of claim 3, characterized in that concentration of the volatile silicone is 10-30 % based on the total weight of the composition. 5. The composition of claim 4, characterized in that concentration of one or a plurality of volatile silicones is 15-25 % based on the total weight of the composition. 6. The composition of claims 1 to 5 , characterized in that concentration of one or a plurality of liquid non-volatile aryl-containing silicone is 10-40 % based on the total weight of the composition. 7. The composition of claim 6, characterized in that concentration of one or a plurality of liquid non-volatile aryl-containing silicone is 10-30 % based on the total weight of the composition. 8. The composition of claim 7, characterized in that concentration of one or a plurality of liquid non-volatile aryl-containing silicone is 10-30 % based on the total weight of the composition. 9. The composition of claim 1 to 8, characterized in that the fixing polymer is selected from anionic, cationic, amphoteric, non-ionic polymers or a mixture thereof. 10. The composition of claim 9, characterized in that the anionic fixing polymer is selected from: polymers, containing carboxylic chains of unsaturated mono or dicarboxylic acids of formula (II): in which n is an integer from 0 to 10; A is methylene group, optionally bonded with a carbon atom of an unsaturated group or with a neighboring methylene group, provided n exceeds 1, by a heteroatom, such as oxygen or sulfur; R7 is a hydrogen atom, phenyl or benzyl group; R8 is a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group, having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or carboxyl; R9 is a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, -CH2-COOH group, phenyl or benzyl. polymers, containing sulfo acid chains, for example, vinylsulfonic, styrenesulfonic, acrylamidoalkylsulfonic chains. 11. The composition of claim 10, characterized in that the anionic fixing polymer is selected from: A) homo- or copolymers of acrylic or methacrylic acid or salts thereof, copolymers of acrylic acid with acrylamide and the salts thereof, sodium salts of polyhydroxycarboxylic acids; B) copolymers of acrylic or methacrylic acids with monoethyleneunsaturated monomer such as ethylene, styrene, vinylic esters of acrylic or methacrylic acids optionally grafted to polyalkyleneglycol, such as polyethyleneglycol, and optionally cross-linked; wherein copolymers of this type contain in their chain an acrylamide chain, optionally N-alkylated and/or hydroxyalkylated; copolymers of acryl acid with (C1-C4)-alkyl-methacrylate; B) copolymers of crotonic acid, such as which contain in their chain vinylacetate or vinylpropionate and optionally chains of other polymers, such as allylic or methallylic esters, vinylic ether or vinylic ester or linear or ramified saturated carboxylic acid with a long hydrocarbon chain, such as which contain at least 5 carbon atoms, wherein these polymers can be grafted of cross-linked; C) copolymers of monounsaturated carboxylic acids or anhydrides having 4-8 carbon atoms, selected from the following copolymers: copolymers containing (a) chains of one a plurality of anhydrides from maleic, fumaric, itaconic acids or anhydrides thereof, and (b) chains of least one monomer, selected from vinylic ether or vinylic ester, vinylhalogen, phenylvinylic derivatives, , acrylic acid and salt thereof, wherein anhydride functions of these copolymers are optionally monoesterified or monoamidified; copolymers, containing (a) chains of one a plurality of anhydrides of maleic, citraconic, itaconic acids and (b) chains of one or a plurality of monomers, selected from allylic or methallylic esters, optionally containing in their chains one or a plurality of acrylamide, methacrylamide &alpha;-olefin groups, groups of (meth)acrylic acid or vinylpyrrolidone; wherein anhydride functions of these copolymers can be monoesterified or monoaminodified; D) polyacrylamides, containing carboxylate groups. 12. The composition of claim 11, characterized in that anionic fixing polymer is selected from: copolymers of acrylic acid, such as terpolymer of acrylic acid with ethylacrelate and N-tertbutylacrylamide; copolymers of crotonic acid, such as terpolymer of vinylacetate with vinyl-tert-butylbenzoate and crotonic acid and terpolymers ofcrotonic acid with vinylacetate and vinylneododecanoate; polymers of maleic, fumaric, itaconic acids or anhydrides thereof with vinylic ether or vinylic ester, vinylhalogens, phenylvinyl derivatives, acrylic acid and esters thereof, for example, copolymers of methylvinyl ester with monoesterified maleiv anhydride; copolymers of methacrylic acid with methylmethacrylate; copolymers of methacrylic acid with ethylacrylate; copolymers of vinylacetate with crotonic acid; terpolymer vinylacetate with crotonic acid and poleethyleneglycol. 13. The composition of claim 9, characterized in that amphoteric fixing polymer is selected from polymers, containing chain: a) at least one polymerselected from acrilamides or methacrylamides, substituted by nitrogen with alkyl radical; b) at least one acid comonomer, containing one or a plurality of reaction-capable carboxylic groups; and c) at least one basic comonomer, such as esters, with primary, secondary, tertiary or quaternary amino groups as substituents, acrylic and methacrylic acids and a product of dimethylaminoethylenemethacrilate dimethyl- or diethylslfate quaternization. 14. The composition of claim 13, characterized in that the amphoteric fixing polymer is selected from copolymers which according to CTFA denominated as octylacrylamide/acrylate/butylaminoethylmethacrylate copolymer, andcopolymers of methylacrylate with methyl-dimethylcarboxymethylammonioethylmethacrylate. 15. The composition of claim 9, characterized in that non ionic fixing comonomer is selected from the following copolymers: polyalkyloxazolines; vinylacetate homopolymers; vinylacetate copolymers with ester of acrylic acid; binylacetate copolymers with ester of maleic acid; vinylchloride homopolymers; polyethelene waxes; polyethelene/polytetraflourorthelene; ethelene copolymers with maleic anhydride; alkylacrylate homopolymers and alkylmethaacrylate homopolymers; copolymers of acrylic acid esters, such as copolymers of alkylacrylates with alkylmethacrilates; copolymers of acrylonitril with non ionic monomer selected from, for example, butadiene and alkyl (meth) acrylates; styrene homopolymers; styrene copolymers with alkylmethacrylate and alkylacrylate; styrene copolymers with butadiene; styrene copolymers with butadiene and vinylpyridine; alkylacrylate copolymers with urethan. 16. The composition of claim 13, characterized in that cationic fixing polymer is selected from the following polymers: acrylamide copolymer with dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate quaternized by dimethylsulfate; acryamide copolymer with methaxryloyoxyethyltrimethylammoniumchloride; acrylamide copolymer with methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammoiummethosulfate; vinylpyrrolidone copolymer with dualkylaminoalkylacrylate or methacrylate, optionally quaternized; and dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate terpolymer with vinylcaprolactame andvinylpyrrolidone; and vinylpyrrolidone copolymer with quaternized dimethylaminopropylemethacrylamide. 17. The composition of any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that volatile silicones are selected from the following silicones: (I) volatile cyclic silicones with 3-7 silicon atoms, preferably with 4-5 silicon atoms, of general formula (VIII): in which r is from 3 to 7; (II) linear volatile silicones with 2-9 silicon atoms of general formula (IX): in which s is from 1 to 8. 18. The composition of claim 17, characterized in that the volatile silicones are selected from cyclotetradimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, cyclohexadimethylsiloxane, hexamethyldisiloxane and octamethyltrisiloxane. 19. The composition of any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that non volatile aryl-containing silicones are selected from the silicones of formula (X): in which R24, identical or different, is alkyl radical with 1-10 carbon atoms; R26, identical or different, is an aryl group, which can contain one or a plurality of aryl cycles, optionally substituted; R25, identical or different, is R<26>, R24 or Si(R24)3; t is from 0 to 1000; u is from 1 to 1000; sum (t/u) is from 1 to 2000. 20. The composition of claim 19, characterized in that the aryl group is selected from phenyl; phenyl, substituted by alkyl radicals or by alkenyl radicals with 1-5 carbon atoms or mixtures thereof. 21. The composition of claim 20, characterized in that liquid non volatile aryl-containing silicone is selected from phenyltrimethicone, diphenyldimethicone and phenylmethicone. 22. The composition of any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cosmetically acceptable medium contains alcohols with 1-6 carbon atoms. 23. A method for cosmetic treating of keratinous materials, particularly hair, characterized in that the composition is applied to hair according to any one of the preceding claims. 24. A use of the composition according to any one of the preceding claim for setting or fixation of hair.
