PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the operation of the predetermined electric equipment electrically connected to a charger, and to improve the flexibility of the charger, and to enable the operation of the electric equipment in the stationary condition by providing a pair of terminal having the same shape with a charging terminal of a chargeable storage battery in upper and lower. SOLUTION: Electrodes Tax, Tay and Tbx, Tby of both side surfaces of tips of a first and a second terminals having the same shape with a charging terminal Bt of a storage battery B and projected opposite to each other from an upper and a lower surfaces of a flange F1 correspond to electrodes Btx, Bty of both side surfaces of a tip of the charging terminal Bt. The electrodes Tax and Tbx are connected to each other by a lead wire passing through the flange F1 and the electrodes Tay and Tby are similarly connected to each other by the wire passing through the flange F1. The charging terminal Bt is inserted into a terminal hole Ch having a contact of a charger C, of which plug P of a power source cable Ca is connected to an alternating current power source, so as to charge the storage battery B, and after inserting the terminal Tb, a terminal insertion hole of a lighting lamp L is fitted on the terminal Ta so as to directly operate the lamp L in the stationary condition. This adapter can be used for equipment having the same charging terminal and using the same voltage.
