PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abolish a transmission mechanism based on the engagement of gears, to unnecessitate the supply of a lubricant or the like and to eliminate noise and heat generation by disposing a timing belt with both surface teeth over a main shaft sprocket and a lower shaft sprocket to permit the front and rear surfaces to be engaged with the opposite surfaces. SOLUTION: The sprocket 2 fixed to the lower shaft 16 is set to 1/2 in the number of teeth as against the sprocket 1 fixed to the right end of the main shaft 13. Besides, a plurality of idle sprockets 1a and 1b are arranged in a bed 12 at a position lower than the sprocket 2 so as to be freely rotatable around by a plurality of shafts 12a and 12b. Further, the teeth of the rear surface of the timing belt 3 with both surface teeth are disposed over the sprocket 1 and both idle sprocket 1a and 1b and the teeth of the front surface of the belt 3 are disposed over the sprocket 2. Then, the lower shaft 16 is rotated counterclockwise with the clockwise rotation of the main shaft 13 and also a rotary shuttle 17 is rotated by a rotation number twice as big as the rotation number in the main shaft 13 counterclockwise.
