PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the incurrence of an accident by falling of a gate main body by providing the gate main body lifted between a lowering housing position retracted on the lower side more than a vehicle delivering/receiving port and a raising action position for closing the vehicle delivering/receiving port and a lifting driving means of the gate main body. SOLUTION: When performing vehicle delivering/receiving work to a laterally moving vehicle support stand 5, an upper side lifting vehicle support stand 1 and a lower side lifting vehicle support stand 3, a gate main body 12 blocking up the front of a vehicle delivering/receiving port 10 in a raising action position is lowered up to a lowering housing position where the rear side edge of a horizontal flat cover plate 23 of the upper end overlaps on a horizontal beam 8 by delivering a suspension rope by reversibly driving rotating a winding/ delivering rotary body by a motor with a reduction gears of a lifting driving means. This, even if an unexpected accident such as rupturing a suspension rope of a means for lifting/driving the gate main body is caused, the possibility of incurring a serious accident resulting in injury or death and a material damages accident is wholly eliminated by the gate main body.
