PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for compensating the measured concentration value of a compound within a patient. SOLUTION: In the method for compensating the measured concentration value of a first compound A within the first internal area 1* of a patient, the concentration value PA of the first compound A is transferred from the actual concentration when the first compound A within the first internal piping is mixed with a second compound B present in the body of the patient. The concentration value EB of at least the second compound B within the second area 2* of the patient is measured or delivered a plurality of times, and the estimated concentration value CB of the second compound is determined by simulating the non-detected concentration in the first internal area of the patient. The initial measured concentration value PA of the first compound A in the first internal area 1* is corrected with a compensation coefficient FC, and a series of corrected concentration values CA is taken as the concentration value for display or other purposes.
