PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device making residual toner on an image carrier assorted/recovered, and the image forming device adopting the cleaning device making the excellent image formed. SOLUTION: A photoreceptor drum 21 rotates in the direction S1. The cleaning device 23 arranged adjacent to the drum 21 removes the residual toner on the drum 21 after transferring. Accordingly, the toner is scraped off by an elastic blade 29 held in contact with the drum 21. The toner scraped off is agitated by an agitating/transporting member 30 disposed rotatably in a non-contact state, opposite to the drum 21 in the drum rotary direction of the upstream side of the blade 29, and transported being agitated by which flow property is increased. Moreover, the toner recovered is assorted to the normal toner and impurities by the primary toner recovering member 31 disposed above the agitating/transporting member 30 and the secondary toner recovering member 32 disposed below. |
