摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain polymerization of fluid components and to prevent the lowering of separation efficiency and the occurrence of clogging due to the sticking of polymer by providing no retention part for process fluid in connecting parts of tubesheets incorporated in near both ends of a tubular shell and a lot of heat transfer tubes fixed between both tubesheets at both end parts. SOLUTION: A tubular shell of a tubular exchanger has tubesheets at both end parts thereof, and is provided with an inlet for fluid outside the tube and an outlet for fluid outside the tube, and also has covers. The tubesheets arranged in both end parts of heat transfer tubes are connected to the outer periphery of the end parts of the heat transfer tubes through holes thereof. In this case, in the conventional fixed state (a), since a projecting part A of the heat transfer tube is present on the tubesheet surface, a recessing part is formed, and process fluid is retained there. To cope with this, as shown in (b), the projecting part is removed from the end part of the heat transfer tube to eliminate the retention of the process fluid. The heat transfer tube may be embedded in the tubesheet surface as shown in (c), and at this time, the connecting part is provided with a weld part B so that a recessing part is not produced in the connecting part.
