摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain water inflow forecasting device and a rain water inflow forecasting method capable of forecasting a rain water inflow flowing into an objective equipment with high degree of forecasting accuracy even when there is a nonlinear relation between an amount of rainfall and a rain water inflow. SOLUTION: A rain water inflow forecasting device includes a rainfall measuring section 1 for measuring the present amount of rainfall, a rainfall forecasting section 2 for forecasting the future amount of rainfall and an inflow measuring section 3 for measuring the present rain water inflow flowing into an objective equipment. A model fixing section 4 having a nonlinear forecasting model 4m having a Newral- Network model for obtaining a rain water inflow from an amount of rainfall and a variable deciding section 4d for deciding a degree of the nonlinear forecasting model 4m and a factor parameter based on an amount of rainfall measured by the rainfall measuring section 1 and a rain water inflow measured by the inflow measuring section 3 is provided. An inflow forecasting section 5 forecasts the future rain water inflow flowing into the objective equipment based on the future forecasted amount of rainfall in accordance with the decided nonlinear forecasting model.
