PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure, improve design flexibility in forming a lubrication outlet, make small cylinder head surroundings, and commonize a function member. SOLUTION: A chamber is formed on a ceiling portion inside a cylinder head cover 22. A lubricating passage A, which supplies oil into a valve driving portion 24 and a breather which separates lubricating oil from blowby gas are defined inside the chamber, respectively. The chamber is defined by an internal cover 23. The internal cover 23 is located within the cylinder head cover 22, so as to cover the inside ceiling portion of the cylinder head cover 22 and to widely cover the valve drive portion 24 of an internal combustion engine 1 with a cylinder 2 thereof standing up.
