PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and exactly adjust the positions of a punch and die. SOLUTION: The punch 9 is held with a punch holder 10 so as to be slidable in an inclined direction to the pressing direction (vertical direction) of a pressing member and also, by operating dimension adjusting mechanism, the dimensionδo between the punch holder 10 and the die 5 is adjusted. Thus, because the punch 9 is moved in the direction orthogonally crossed to the direction of the dimensionδo in accordance with the change of the dimensionδo, the positioning of the punch 9 to the die 5 is easily executed. Then, the positions of the punch 9 and the die 5 are adjusted easily and exactly without being affected by the skill of an adjusting worker.
