PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum brake device which has extremely high brake effect, can obtain extremely large braking force even by small input, and is suitable for miniaturization and electrification. SOLUTION: An anchor pin 5 is arranged at a position that makes a round or more of a drum inner circumference from the input position of a brake input actuator 3 in a drum, and also a row 7 of brake shoes is arranged that the input end of a beginning brake shoe 11 is abutted on the output member of the brake input actuator 3 and also the output end of an end brake shoe 14 is abutted on the anchor pin 5. At least three or more brake shoes 11, 12, 13, 14 of the row 7 of brake shoes are sequentially connected along the circumferential direction of the drum through torque transmissive links 16, 17, 18.
