摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device and also to make its operation quick by performing drastic reduction that avoids the drop of position detection resolution of the needed number of array light emitting and receiving elements in an optical touch panel device. SOLUTION: One group of three light emitting and receiving elements, e.g. one light emitting element 4V-1 and two light receiving elements 5V-1A and 5V-1B are plurally arranged with a formation optical path interval maintained to a horizontal and vertical set of one set of peripheral directions of a touch panel substrate 3 on which a coordinate position detection surface 2 as the touch control surface of an optical touch panel device is arranged, optical path changing bodies (6V-1 to 6V-M and 6H-1 to 6H-N) are respectively arranged at the opposite peripheries of a touch panel to perform two branch 180 deg. optical path change of transmission light, three optical paths are generated in every array unit, and an optical path matrix crossed by the entire array units and the optical path changing bodies is secured.</p>
