<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a difference of communication quality between base stations by adaptively selecting a connection destination base station in an outgoing channel in the case that traffic and radio environment are ununiform. SOLUTION: A mobile station Msa using an outgoing channel selects connection according to any of following: (1) to a base station with higher interference power in adjacent base stations BS1, BS2, (2) to a base station where a product between a total transmission power and a propagation loss is least, (3) to a base station whose signal reception power is highest, (4) to a base station where a ratio of received power of a signal sent to the mobile station to an interference power caused in the mobile station is maximum, (5) to a base station where a ratio of a transmission power to the mobile station to a total transmission power is smallest, (6) a ratio of the rate of the transmission power sent to the mobile station in the total transmission power to an interference power is highest, and (7) to a base station with highest communication quality at present.</p> |
