摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grouting material affording early strength development and therefore useful for stopping water in a weak ground and gravelly area and ground consolidation and the like by making the material include a specified amount of cement and satisfying a specific relationship between the concentration of water-glass liquid content and cement weight. SOLUTION: This grouting material is obtained by including 200-400 kg of cement per m3 of grout and setting the value of the formula (S/W)×100÷√C (S is the weight of SiO2 in the water-glass liquid; W is the total volume of the liquid and water resulting from excepting SiO2 and Na2O from the water- glass liquid; C is the weight of cement) at 0.19-0.46; wherein the above water- glass is pref. greater than about 3 in molar ratio, and the water-glass concentration of the above water-glass aqueous solution is pref. greater than about 30-50 wt.% in terms of the JISξ3 item. This grouting material is injected into the ground by the following practice: a cement suspension with the above-mentioned cement content and a water-glass liquid satisfying the above requirement are force-fed using two pumps differing in discharge level from each other, respectively, and then mixed together e.g. at the tip of the an injection tube.
