摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade damper, which has damping mass and a self- retaining property enough to prevent damages and separation of the damper during operation by including a recessed notch along the edge of a turbine blade damper and a side tub projected along the opposide edge. SOLUTION: This damper 28 has an integral sheet metal main body and is provided with a first recessed side notch 34 along the first edge and a side tub 36, projected in the circumferential direction on the opposite side or from the lateral second edge outwardly or in the circumferential direction. The damper main body 28 includes a vertical shaft 38 extending substantially in the axial direction of a disc, and the circumferential side edge of the damper is extended along the vertical shaft from the end of the damper to the end thereof. The side notch 34 is expanded along the vertical shaft at the center or the central part of the damper. The side tab 36 is extended in the circumferential direction substantially at right angles to the shaft 38 on the side opposite to the side notch 34 and the shaft 38 interposed between them-By this arrangement, the axial self-retaining property of the damper can be obtained and under the centrifugal force, separation of the damper can be prevented.
