PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover the cold of the inside air discharged outdoors and improve a mounting property on a vehicle by arranging an auxiliary cooler heat- exchanging the high-pressure side refrigerant of a refrigerating cycle with the inside air for cooling at an inside air discharge port. SOLUTION: When a compressor 1 is driven by an engine via a power connecting/disconnecting electromagnetic clutch 2, a high-temperature, high- pressure heating gas refrigerant flows into a condenser 3, and it is heat- exchanged with the outside air and heated and condensed here. The condensed refrigerant flows into a liquid receiver 4, the refrigerant is separated into gas and liquid here, and the excess refrigerant in a refrigerating cycle R is stored in the liquid receiver 4. The liquid refrigerant flowing out of the liquid receiver 4 is branched into a passage A flowing into an expansion valve 6 through a solenoid valve 5 and a passage B flowing into the expansion valve 6 through a check valve 8 after flowing through an auxiliary cooler 7. The liquid refrigerant flowing into the auxiliary cooler 7 is heat-exchanged with the low- temperature inside air discharged from an inside air discharge port 21 in the auxiliary cooler 7, and the overheated degree of the liquid refrigerant can be increased.
