<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer data for network management at a time zone when job data with priority are less. SOLUTION: In this system, an agent 1-1 and a manager 1-3 being system components of a network management system are interconnected via a gateway 1-2 placed between lines whose transmission rate differs. A transfer control function T that conducts transfer control within a range of a line occupancy rate of network management traffic and a transfer permission time zone among the agent 1-1, the gateway 1-2 and the manager 1-3 is provided to the agent 1-1, the gateway 1-2 and the manager 1-3, respectively.</p> |
