PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric device and a production method thereof in which plural filters are integrally provided and production is facilitated. SOLUTION: Concerning a dielectric device 10, plural through holes 14, 15 and 16 passing through both end faces are opened on a main body 11 formed of a dielectric member, an outer conductor layer 20 and inner conductor layers 21-23 are respectively arranged on the outer peripheral surface of this main body 11 and the inner surfaces of the through holes 14-16, and a recessed part 30 provided so as to delete the through holes 14-16 is opened at the nearly central part of the main body 11 so that two comb line dielectric resonators 31 and 32 can be formed. This dielectric device 10 is produced by performing a process for forming the main body 11 of dielectric into form opening plural through holes 14-16 passing through both end faces 12 and 13, a process for respectively arranging the conductor layers on the outer peripheral surface of the main body 11 of dielectric and the inner surfaces of the respective through holes 14-16 and a process for opening the recessed part 30 by deleting the almost central part of the main body 11 of dielectric together with the through holes 14-16. |
