SOLUTION: A mounting base 30 is installed to the tip of a robot arm 22, and a working tool 40 and a holding tool 50 are installed to the mounting base 30. The robot arm 22 is moved in a plane or in a space to set the tip of the robot arm at any position to allow the working tool 40 to machine a work W and the holding tool 50 to hold the work. Reaction force caused by working force of the working tool in relation to the work W is received by the holding tool 50 and the work W.
