PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent workability from being worsened, and to enhance durability, while constituting a carcass layer of a steel mono-filament. SOLUTION: A cutting load per 1 cm of width of a carcass layer 1 is 600 N or more per 100 kPa of the maximum air pressure with respect to the maximum load capacity of the JATMA specification (1998th-year edition), and the carcass layer 1 is constituted to orient along a tire-circumferential direction an major-axial direction of a flat steel mono-filament having a flat cross-section with 0.3-0.8 of aspect ratio a/b of a minor axis (a) (mm) to a major axis (b) (mm), and having 2500 MPa or more of tensile strength, and to make a rivet ratio Rb specified by Rb=b×E/10 come to 0.8 or less, (where (b) represents the major axis (mm) of the flat steel mono-filament, E represents the driven number per 1 cm of the width of the carcass layer 1). |
