PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peripheral component inter-connection(PCI) controlling semiconductor device capable of driving an interface circuit with a CPU at a slow clock, easily connecting a CPU core thereto and preventing a data transfer speed between a PCI control circuit and a main memory from being reduced. SOLUTION: A peripheral module bus control circuit 210 connected to the CPU core through a peripheral module bus to be driven at a slow clock outputs a data transfer start request in accordance with a data transfer start signal outputted from the CPU core and transfer data at high speed from a main memory to a PCI bus 40 through a local bus control circuit 220, a data transfer control circuit 230 and a PCI interface control circuit 240, based on the signal. Since the interface circuit with the CPU is driven at low speed, the CPU can be easily connected to the PCI control means. |
