PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a connecting wire consisting of a strip-like bundle of a plurality of wire rods in a line to a contact part for the wire rods contacting with an inspection jig. SOLUTION: This connection inspection jig is connected to a circuit board and inspects the circuit board in such a state that a connecting wire consisting of a strip-like bundle of wire rods is connected to the circuit board. In this case, the inspection jig is provided with a widening means 50 for widening the interval of the wire rods of the connecting wire, a multiple separation means 60 formed in the vicinity of the entrance of the widening means 50 and separating the wire rods of the connecting wire individually, a contact part 80 to which the tips of the wire rods separated by the multiple separation means 60 are introduced, and an inspection probe 70 contacting with the tips of the wire rods at the contact part 80. The wire rods of the connecting wire are introduced to the contact part 80 through the widening means 50 and the multiple separation means 60. |
