PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably ensure the suitable mutual fitted and pressurized state of a pair of split bodies when the split bodies are mutually brought to a fitted and contact state to produce a synthetic resin molded article having a hollow part, and to enhance productivity without bringing about the scaling-up of a molded article size. SOLUTION: A molding process for molding a pair of synthetic resin split bodies (a main body Sb and a separate plate Sp) one of which has the outermost groove part Ga surrounding the outside of a liquid pressure circuit Be provided to the fitting surface thereof, a fitting process for fitting both split bodies to each other in such a state that the split bodies are held in the mold used in the molding process, and a bonding process for filling the outermost groove part with an adhesive in the fitted state to bond both split bodies, are provided. |
