PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind a sheet at suitable winding tension by facilitating attachment and detachment of a winding core in relation to a winding part of a sheet winding shaft. SOLUTION: A winding part 3 having torque transmission parts 12 and locking releasing parts 13 is arranged on a shaft core 2 having an inner air passage 9 and an outer air passage 8 across a hollow expandable rubber tube 7. In each torque transmission part 12, a first piston 14 to be projected outward by air pressure of the inner air passage 9 is brought into slide-contact with a support ring 15 around the shaft core. A locking claw 18 is axially moved by the axial and longitudinal movement of a slide ring 16 arranged around the support ring 15 so as to be projected from an outer peripheral ring 17. In the locking releasing part 13, a second piston 30 arranged around the shaft core and movable in the axial and longitudinal direction is projected to the slide ring 16 side by air pressure of the outer air passage 8, and the locking claw 18 is retracted by push-back of the slide ring 16.
