PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the flow out of oil by shutting off the supply of the oil to an oil filling channel when a measuring device main body is fallen down. SOLUTION: At the bottom of a measuring device main body 16, a shut off valve 36 is provided for each oil supply channel 25. On the side of the shut off valve 36, a lock mechanism 43 for catching the shut off valve 36 in a valve open condition and a lock release mechanism 45 are provided. When the measuring device main body 16 is deformed greatly, a beam is displaced and pulls up a wire 83 upward for pulling upward an L shape lever 76. As a result, a catching pin 74 is removed from the catching hole of a rotator 72. Then the rotator 72, being rotated clockwise by the spring force of a torsion spring, rotates an eccentric cam in the shut off valve 36 90 deg.. By this, the valve body of the shut off valve 36 shuts off the channel 25 by closing the valve. Then the shut off valve 36 is switched to a valve closed condition and prevents the flow out of oil to be supplied to the oil channel 25.
