PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts by simplifying structure, to reduce a manufacturing cost, and to prevent waste of air. SOLUTION: This drain discharge device comprises a float 48 situated displaceably by drain stored at the internal part of a filter case; 8 handle 58 having a drain discharge port 56 to discharge drain, stored in the filler case, to an external part; and an oscillation mechanism 60 to directly displace a valve element 80 to open and close the drain discharge port 56 through a lever 90 interlocking with displacement of the float 48.
