PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing machine in which the dividedly packing work and the cleaning work of a scraping device can be achieved in a series of actions, the packing work is increased in speed, and the labor is saved in the cleaning work. SOLUTION: A scraping device is provided with a cleaning device 1 to clean a scraping claw 126. This cleaning device 1 comprises a support body 2 turnably supported by a rotor arm 121 around the axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor arm 121, a cleaning member 3 fixed to the support body 2 and comprising an elastic member to be abutted on the scraping claw 126, a cam follower 8 fixed to the support body 2, and a cam 11 which is fixed to the rotor 122 and allows the cam follower 8 to be driven to displace the cleaning member 3 with a specified locus.
