PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goods displaying tray which can be easily set while it is provided with such a flexibility as to meet various kinds of package boxes. SOLUTION: A goods displaying tray 1 comprises a pair of corner members 1A and 1B with a shape of L in section in which a bottom plate and a side plate is formed integrally and a base member 10 for connecting the bottom plates of these corner members together while they are directed inside. The base member can be connected to one corner member by fitting fitting members 5 and 11 together whose fitting positions can be selected from a plurality of positions. The base member can be connected to the other corner member at arbitrary positions by slidingly fitting slide fitting members 6, 7, 8, 12, 13 and 14 respectively provided thereon together.
