摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a color-slippage-free, faithful image by connecting a tubular part, a hub sleeve, and an annular rib to each other with an intermediate wall and mounting a flange with pin gates formed therein on an end of the annular rib. SOLUTION: A flange 3 is formed nearly cylindrical. On the opposite side of it, a rib 8 annually projects in a circumferential direction to serve as a stopper for determining a position where a drum is stopped. To form a geared flange 3, the opposite side of a tubular body 4 is cylindrically extended and a gear is formed on the periphery of it. In the central part of the tubular part 4, a sleeve 10 to form a hub 9 is provided and connected to the cylindrical part 4 with an intermediate wall 6. In such a flange 3, an annular rib 11 is formed on the intermediate wall 6 between the tubular part 4 and sleeve 10 coaxially with the tubular part 4. Further, pin gates 7 are disposed at the end of the annular rib 11. This structure decreases the occurrences of the deformation of the flange 3 and maintains the roundness of the flange 3.
