摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect the information on a spatial position of a shield machine by providing the shield machine with a plurality of prisms and an incline mater, and mounting automatic tracking type transits outside of the shield machine. SOLUTION: The laser beams emitted from automatic tracking-type transits 11, 12 are reflected by prisms P1, P2 fixed to a rear end of a shield machine 100, and received by the transits 11, 12 to measure the relative three-dimensional coordinates of the prisms P1, P2, and the data is output to a computer 31. For example, an angle around a pitching shaft is measured by an incline meter 21 mounted on the shield machine 100, and the data is output to the computer 31. The computer 31 operates the relative three-dimensional coordinates of an arbitrary position of the shield machine 100 with respect to a survey reference point of the total coordinate system, and the excavating and advancing direction D. Thereby the information on the spatial position of the shield machine 100 can be correctly detected.
