A biologically stable, environmentally friendly, universal cooling and lubricating fluid composition contains, in wt.%, 40-70 boric acid amine condensation product, 1.5-8 aryl- or alkyl-sulphonamidocarboxylic acid dialkylaminopropylamine salt, 2-10 fatty alcohol polyglycol ether, 3-10 polypropyleneglycol, 2-7 13-15C mixed linear or branched oxoalcohols, 5-40 refined mineral oil (viscosity: 10-22 mm2/sec at 40 deg C), 10-50 water, 0-1 silicone containing or silicone free antifoam 0-3 non-ferrous metal inhibitor (benz-triazole or derivatives). |
