COMPLETE VEHICLE BODY TESTING SYSTEM

An apparatus for testing a complete vehicle and the vehicle's components. The apparatus includes an environmental chamber for enclosing the vehicle and simulating various environmental conditions within the chamber. The apparatus further includes a road simulation assembly for supporting the vehicle and for manipulating the vehicle to simulate driving operation thereof. The apparatus also includes a plurality of independent component testing modules positioned around the vehicle and operatively mounted to various components of the vehicle for actuating and cycling the component through a full range of movement relative to the vehicle. The apparatus simulates both operation of the vehicle to enable testing of structural durability of the vehicle and for enabling cyclic testing of the component while operatively installed on the vehicle.
