PURPOSE: The apparatus and the method for an indoor phone call of a mobile communication terminal are provided to allow a user to make a telephone call with another person at a lower fee than the telephone call fee for a common mobile communication call in a predetermined specific area. CONSTITUTION: A data receiver(10) in a mobile communication terminal(200) extracts a pn code and a phase value from the signal applied from CDMA base stations. A data transmitter(20) sends data via a CDMA mobile communication line. A connection part(40), connected to a device for supplying the indoor phone call, transmits and receives the data. A key input part(50) inputs the data of an incoming telephone number. A display(61) shows an encrypted code. A microcomputer(30) forms the data for recognizing an indoor area, based on the data received from the connection part(40). A connection part(70) in a device(210) for offering the indoor phone call is connected to the connection part(40). A ROM(81) stores a base station identifier code an electronic serial number of the terminal(200).
