摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part underfloor structure for a vehicle for reducing rear wheel lift and air resistant coefficients VLR and CD, and improving the aerodynamic force characteristic of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A tilt surface 20, provided on the rear part underfloor of a vehicle so as to gradually heighten a road clearance toward a vehicle body rear end, is constituted of a first tilt surface 20c positioned on an overhang part in the rear part of a rear wheel axle, to continue the vehicle rear surface, and a second tilt surface 20b continuing from the surface 20c and extending to the vehicle front side, and the tilt angleβof the surface 20c is set larger than the tilt angleαof the surface 20b.
