The threaded rod is rigidly connected to electromotor axle. A plate with strain gauge is fixed on the upright. Tie-rod connects the plate with the nerve trunk. Electronic control unit has power supply unit pulse oscillator unit, revolution pickup connected to the rotation axle of the electromotor, strain gauge fixed on the traction mechanism plate, timer unit, switch unit and comparator unit maintaining the desired degree of uniformity of traction, set in cyclic operation mode.
