摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat resistance and mechanical property by including a hole transport layer and an organic luminescent layer prepared by dispersing polyaniline in which sulfonic acid or 5-sulfosalicylic acid of dodecylbenzene, camphor, benzene, or p-toluene is doped in polyimide in an organic intermediate layer between a transparent electrode and a metal electrode. SOLUTION: Polyimide is represented by the formula, and obtained by heating or infrared irradiation of a specified polyimide precursor. In the formula, A is a derivative residue from dianhydride, B is a derivative residue from a diamine compound, and (n) is an integer of 2 or more. Polyimide in which acid doped polyaniline is dispersed is used in a hole transport layer or an organic luminescent layer constituting an organic intermediate layer together with an electron transport layer, and stability, luminous efficiency, and life of the element are increased, and especially when constituted in a double layer, physical stability is increased. The content of the polyimide is preferable to be 5-80 wt.% of the hole transport layer, and drop in hole transport capacity and surface uniformity is reduced.</p>
