METHOD OF PREPARING LIGHT-WEIGHT GROUTING MORTAR

preparation of grouting mortars for cementing of wells with low formation pressure. SUBSTANCE: method includes producing of colloid system based on clay or polyvinyl alcohol, or some other polymer with simultaneous activation and circulation to obtain preset viscosity. Then cement is supplied to colloid system through pipe union of hydrovacuum mixer with continuous circulation to produce grouting mortar of preset density and volume. The proposed method involves preparation of light-weight grouting mortar based on clay and other colloid systems with homogeneous density and sedimentation stability with high adhesion of stone operating at temperature up to 160 C and preserved strength characteristics and minimal consumption of colloid component.
