PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is a non-halogen resin and can give sheets and moldings such as suction cups having excellent transparency and have good processability. SOLUTION: Resin compositions comprise (A) 10-90 wt.% ethylene/α-olefin copolymer composedof ethylene unhits and >=3Cα-olefin units and having a density of not greater than 0.91 and (B) 90-10 wt.% ethylene based copolymer composed of ethylene units and ethylenically unsaturated ester monomer units and having a contents of the ethylenically unsaturated ester monomer units of not less than 10% [with a sum of (A) and (B) of 100 wt.%]. Moldings are formed of these resin compositions and have a maximum thickness of not less than 0.2 mm.
