PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation apparatus improved so as to quickly and surely fit a bird damage preventing tool to existing outdoor buildings including various kinds of iron towers and iron pillars with saved parts by reduced installation operations. SOLUTION: This apparatus for installing a bird damage preventing device comprises a housing 3 equipped with a mount as a receiving mouth corresponding to the surplus length part at the tip part of an existing bolt 2 (fastened and fixed by a nut) being a part of a constitution of an existing building 1 and a bird damage preventing device at the opposite side of the housing 3 and screws and fastens the housing 3 to the surplus length part.
