PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a good rear seat side air-conditioning feeling constantly by calculating a rear seat side solar radiation control value based on output values of front seat and rear seat solar radiation detection means and a correction factor in relation with an elevation angle of solar radiation, and then controlling operation of rear seat air conditioning means based on the rear seat side solar radiation control value. SOLUTION: In an ECU 9 controlling a front seat air conditioning unit and a rear seat cooling unit, a rear seat solar radiation control value is calculated based on output values of a front seat solar radiation sensor 34 and a rear seat solar radiation sensor 35, respectively. Then, based on the output values, the rear seat solar radiation control value, a correction gain, and a correction constant, a target blow-off temperature for a front seat side TAO (Fr) and that for a rear seat side TAO (Rr) are calculated. Next, based on the TAO (Fr), a front seat blower voltage to be applied on a blower motor 8 on the front seat side is calculated. At the same time, based on the TAO (Rr), a rear seat blower voltage to be applied on a blower motor 27 on the rear seat side is calculated. And then, based on the TAO (Rr), an opening state of a rear seat solenoid valve 30 is determined.
